1.)  Glass / Canvas / or Wood Painting Party-

 

First you simply choose glass or canvas painting.

 

Arty Party-

Your 2 hour painting party is only $25.00 per person for glass class, it includes everything you need to make your glass fabulous at your home or event, (minimum of 8 guests). Each guest is given one glass to paint & may choose from the following :

 

     * Wine Glass

     * Cylinder Glass Vase

     * Mason Jars

     * Large Beer Mug

     * Stemless Wine Glass

     * Wood Sign / Cutout Design (25.00+)

     * Canvas 35.00+

 

We provide:

  - An experienced artist / party host

  - Up to 2 Table cloths

  - Smock for each guest to use during class

  - All paints, brushes, water containers, palette's & paper towels

  - Your artist will guide the group step by step on the design techniques & bring       templates & stencils & look books for those guests who want more creative freedom

  - "Look book" of design ideas, plus your very own party "themed" stencil!

  - 1 glass of your choice per person (must be chosen at time of booking) otherwise wine glasses provided. 

 

 

2.) Book & payment set up-

 

• Minimum Party booking is 8 guests. Simply use button below to email Bree Richard or call 850-910-3505 to ask any questions & get your party on the books! We can set up your own personal ARTY PARTY Booking Page where guests can pay for their own spot (A deposit of 100.00 is required for a private party to secure your date & time preferred. When your minimum of 8 guests are booked & paid for your 100.00 deposit is released to go toward 4 seats for your party.) If you pay for a booking date online at our booking site then you are agreeing to these terms.

 

• Or you may choose a "package style" booking where host pays 1/2 of total party at time of booking then remaining 1/2 at least 5 days prior to the scheduled ARTY PARTY, its your choice!

 

• We can schedule your ARTY PARTY any day or evening. Parties can be scheduled anytime between  and 10am & ending no later than 10pm.

 

• You will need a credit card to reserve your party date of half of your party booking cost or a minimum of 100.00, which is your non-refundable deposit (counts towards 4 seats of the 8 minimum required) For larger parties half of the half total party booking price will be required. Eatery or venue bookings must be completed & confirmed with the eatery by Bree within 48 hours of the scheduled party/ class date & time.     

• If your private party comes in under the minimum 8 guests 48 hours prior to your party date & time, your party is then unfortunately canceled & money refunded to all other paid guests...less the $100.00 non-refundable booking deposit for holding your date & time when other parties may have been scheduled.

 

 

3.) Get your party started & we will see you there!

 

We will begin your chosen project at the time scheduled so please have your guests arrive at least 30-45 minutes before the start time. We do not provide seating, tables, food or drinks. We are the MAIN EVENT & entertainment for your guests, who will have a blast & leave your party with a ONE-OF-A-KIND party favor. Give the gift of FUN!

 

 Cancellation Notice MUST be given a minimum of 7 days before date party booked. The deposit paid on party is non-refundable. If party canceled in within the 7 day limit the rest of the fee will never be charged & you will have no other responsibility.
